HB, Friend!

Today's card is a Happy Birthday wish for my friend, Lis.  She won't get a card in the mail because we are elsewhere so this will be the next best thing!  HB, Lis!  She will love this part of the post the best.  I wish I could remember how I made this medallion, LOL!
