First Fish

Hello, Bloggers!  I have something new to share with you today-- a scrapbook page for a challenge at MFP/Speedy TV's Scrapbook Challenge.   We are lucky to live on a river and Don remembered fond days as a child fishing near his home.  Well, he has fished and fished without much luck.  Lots of fishing, not much catching as they say.  Well, one day he caught this little guy and he was so excited!  He had me take photo after photo, but the photos that just got put into a pile of photos on the computer desk.  So, today, I brought out his fish photos and here you have it!  Don made me promise to use "manly" colors and not to put on frilly embellishments.  Men!

love the netting and the "unmanly" mats for your photos. Men need some sprucing up in scrap pages! Thanks for joining us on the challenge.

Hi Kren. This is fabulous!!! Love all the special details. The netting across your background is just too cool. Great photo mats too. Thanks so much for joining us in the MFP SpeedyTV Scrapbook Challenge this week. Blessings!

It's a perfect page, Kren! My dad always said it was all about the fishing and the catching really didn't matter. But he was so excited when he did catch something! :-D
