Hello Blogger Friends! I am very excited to have been asked to participate in an event for a wonderful cause! I received a happy email a few weeks ago telling me that one of my cards-- Life Is Good From Sea To Shore--had caught their eye. Here is the card that has since become an all-time favorite of mine:
You all know Tombow, don't you? Tombow has been creating innovative products for the past 100 years that help everyday artists do their best work. For its centennial year, Tombow created the "100 Days of Tombow" program and each submission for this program results in a $100 product donation to the Council for Arts Education, a national nonprofit dedicated to promoting and supporting art education and quality art programs nationwide. I am especially excited about this because as an ex-Humanities teacher, I love the whole idea of this program. I will be featured on their blog after I produce my project using their products
Last week, I received happy mail from Tombow: some fabulous Irojiten Colored Pencils, a package of Tombow Dual Brush Pens, and a new Tombow Stamp Runner Adhesive.
The dual brush pen set colors are called Grunge and the colored pencils are the Deep Tone 1 set; both will be perfect for producing fall cards. Stay tuned to see what I come up with! And be sure to check out the Tombow Blog for inspiration for your own projects.
