My card uses an image from Whoopsi Daisy. The tea party image seemed to fit the inspiration photo so well. I am imagining this sweet child looking at all of us and offering us an imaginary cupcake to enjoy with our imaginary tea.
Did you have a tiny tea set when you were a child? My next door neighbor Teddy would invite me over and bring out the tiniest of porcelain tea sets. She would give me a lesson of how to make fudge and then we would sit and sip on weak tea and nibble our fudge. To this day, I can't eat fudge without thinking of how nice it was to have Teddy take time to share her tiny tea set with me. And, recently my husband wondered why I purchased a miniature tea set at a local flea market, I couldn't help thinking that some impulse buys have such wonderful memories...
The sweet image was colored with Promarkers, the sentiment is from Hampton Arts clear stamps, the dies are Spellbinders, and the embossing folder is from Provocraft/Cuttlebug.

What a sweet story. Yes I had a little tea set and I think my mom still has a couple of pieces! My daughter and I would have "tea" (water) it was the only way to get her to drink water! LOL!
