Happy Birthday, Beautiful! OS 49
It's time for the Mark's Finest Papers/Speedy TV Oriental Sketch Challenge. My card uses sets called Lucky You and Swallowtail. I also used an embossing folder and 2 pieces of designer paper I made myself using the salt technique on matte and glossy paper.
