Tiny Tiger Lily / OS 50

It's time for the Mark's Finest Papers/Speedy TV Oriental Sketch Challenge.  My card uses a set called Flower Blocks.  It's one of the smallest images in the set so I was hoping I could make it dominant on the card.

I found the blue and gold paper in a stash given to me by a dear friend.  Thanks, Barbara!  But I had no metallic paper to match so I painted some glitter paint onto the white card stock card blank front.  I used some Spellbinders dies to frame the tiger lily, painted it with Twinkling H2O's in gold, of course, and kept popping up layers to create a stronger focus on the smaller  central image.  I love how it turned out and will have some difficulty giving this one away!

The sketch this week is:

Use an Oriental element on your card, follow the sketch, and enter HERE.

Thanks for stopping by today and we hope to see you at the Oriental Sketch Challenge
