The technique requires adding an adhesive substance to the entire front of the card and adding fine glitter to the entire surface. I love the effect even if it doesn't show up in the photo all that well. It's smashing in person!
I used the Koi Pond set, one of my absolute favorites! With all that is going on the Missing You card makes a great birthday sentiment for someone you can't see in person.
