Hello, Friends! We've had some rain lately and this card is so appropriate because sunshine is predicted for tomorrow. Today's card uses a DTP technique using oil pastels. I love the richness of the colors. It was hard to pull it out of my dp stash, but I knew when I saw this Back to Paper digital image that a vibrant background was just what it needed.
