Pleated and Stitched

Hello, Friends!  Putting on my DT hat for
MFPSS today and sharing a technique thatI have fallen in love with--
the Pleated Skirt technique.
I had made one months ago and forgot about the technique so it was fun to revisit it again.   Once I got started, I couldn't stop.  
Everyone will be getting a pleatedskirt card for awhile!
