IT Digistamp Poppy

Hello, friends.  Today I am joining the Guest Design Team  and bringing a project to you from Imagine That Digistamp.  I am using a set called Poppy.

Printing the digital image larger creates a bigger canvas for Chameleon coloring fun.  I used a sentiment from Dragonfly Boots/Lilacs Planter because I had a special recipient in mind for this card.  Thanks for stopping by and remember to head over to the Imagine That! Digistamps sites.

Flourishes He Is Risen

Hello, Friends!  It's time to share a project using a Flourishes lc set of stamps.

Today I am showcasing a set called He Is Risen, just time for a blessed Easter card.  To create the special background paper, I dry-brushed on Pearl Ex powders mixed with acrylic paints in different colors.  I also dry brushed the background card stock with gesso in a cross-hatched pattern.  Dry brushing makes interesting brush marks on the paper.  To keep the shimmer going, I heat embossed the image with an embossing powder that I added just a touch of fine glitter to.  Click on my sidebar to see my team's gorgeous projects.

Be sure to stop by the rest of the Friends of Flourishes DT blogs to see what they have to share with you today.  DaviGloriaKrenShirleyToniVickie
