Simplify

Hello, Friends!  It's color challenge time at MFPSS and the color is green but you can also add black and white. So I heat embossed with white embossing powder.  Then I stamped a group of vases, colored them with distress inks, glued them together in an arrangement, and squirted out the Crystal Effects. Definitely had to put it in a room I never visit often so I wouldn't touch it before it was dry!   I popped them up and kept it simple.  Here it is.

When you see one of my cards without a sentiment, it is waiting for the appropriate event to occur and then I pop on a sentiment.  That's how I keep my stash of extra cards--"sentiment-less"--I guess you could say.  This seems like a "welcome to your new home" kind of card.  Or "thank you for your hospitality"...What do you think?

Rain Days: Think of Spring

When you have 11 straight days  of rain
and don't see the sun,
you choose flower images to brighten your days.
I chose Dogwood Blossoms and the color pink
to brighten up the gray and drizzly days.

The MFP/SFF challenge this week
wants us to heat emboss with white ep and color the back of an image.
I thought the dogwood flowers would be perfect
and the sentiment would fit many occasions.

I love how it turned out
and hope you like it too!
