Find Joy in Fall Leaves

Having some fun for the QKR Stampede Challenge.  Today I am joining the DT to share a project that is perfect for fall.  I love the  Fall Set of 4 ES-digi34701.  I used only one of the blocks and colored it with alcohol markers.  I used In All Things ES-digi26903 for the sentiment.

Let's Go Cruisin'

Hello, friends!
Kren here for The Artsystamper Addicts DT
sharing some retro fun.

First, let's go Cruisin' with the set of the same name.
And let's "Be Square, Daddy-o!"  Let's make the card square.

Using digital stamps makes it easy to size images for any size card.
I created the retro die cuts and chose my designer paper.
That determined the size I wanted the cool car to be.
Coloring with alcohol markers finished up the design.

Half Bouquet

Hello, my dear friends!
It's time to share a project for Blue Knight Rubber Stamps.
I used a stamp set from the new release called Half Bouquet.
I colored the image using Chameleon Color Tone Pens, and fussy cut the image to mount on an embossed layer.  I added the sentiment from Good Morning Rooster.
I love the simplicity and bold colors of this card.
Hope you like it too!

Thanks for taking a peek!

Don't Stop

Hello, friends.  It's kReN@afourthlife and I am happy to be a guest designer this month for Polka Dot Orchard.  I'm up on the  Friends of Polka Dot Orchard blog and today I am featuring a set called Camper Snail.  As a former teacher, I love this sentiment.  It encourages us to keep going to get to our goal.

Thanks for looking!

Grant Me the Serenity

Hello, friends.  It's kReN@afourthlife and I am happy to be a guest designer this month for Polka Dot Orchard.  I'm up on the  Friends of Polka Dot Orchard blog and today I am featuring a set called Grant Me Serenity.  This set as so many wonderful sentiments and images.  I printed off the scene and left it CAS and didn't even add one of those super sentiments.  I just added the sequins and deemed it "done."

Thanks for looking!

See the Beauty in Every Inch

Hello, friends.  It's kReN@afourthlife and I am happy to be a guest designer this month for Polka Dot Orchard.  I'm up on the Friends of Polka Dot Orchard blog and today I am featuring a set called Camper Snail

I let the colors of the designer paper set the tone of the coloring and I love how it turned out.  That sentiment will soon become a favorite.

Thanks for looking!

Imagine the Impossible

Hello, friends.  It's kReN@afourthlife and I am happy to be a guest designer this month for Polka Dot Orchard.  I'm up on the Friends of Polka Dot Orchard blog and today I am featuring a set called Grant Me Serenity.  I am calling my project Imagine the Impossible.

I used Chameleon Color Tone Markers to color the flowers, added a layer of vellum, and popped on the sentiment and additional flower.  I love how it turned out.

Kick Up Yer Heels

Hello, friends!  It's Kren here with an inspiration card for you using an Imagine That Digistamp bundle called Party Cows.  I like the bundles because you get more sets and papers for not much more "moo-lah."  Sorry, couldn't resist the pun!  I love this image and had to color it up myself.  You can see a circle theme in the card.  Enjoy!

Camellia Love

Hello, Friends.  Our challenge this week from Flourishes Friends DT Toni is to use "silver."  I love this metallic paper and thought of it as soon as the challenge went out.

Here it is paired with Camellia Love from Flourishes lc without a sentiment because I am not sure which event will come up that this card will be appropriate for. My plan is to have the sentiment at the base of the plant hiding the base of the circular shape.  Maybe this card will be for myself since today is my birthday!

Today's tip:  Have a pile of stamped sentiments on die cut shapes for events --birthdays, anniversaries, thinking of you, and sympathy-- and you can easily pop what you need onto a finished card at a moment's notice.
